Opportunity Description
RAKBANK is looking to hire Telesales Officers to solicit life and general insurance products over the phone (outbound and inbound)
Responsibilities
- Generating revenue through inbound and outbound telephonic solicitation for pre-underwritten Life and General Insurance products
- Demonstrating accurate product knowledge and answer customer queries (if any) related to product/benefit/service
- Ensuring that T-A-T commitments are adhered to at all times
- Handling customers' service requests for associated products in a professional manner
- Generating leads from customer interactions to create future pipelines for business
- Providing customer feedback on our propositions and suggesting improvements
Skills

- Must be self-motivated
- Must possess presence of mind and service oriented mindset
- Should be able to thrive under a target-oriented environment
- Minimum 1 year in a telesales role
