RAKBANK is looking to hire Relationship Officers - Direct Sales to sell Banking products (Credit Card/ Personal Loan/ Auto Loans) from India
Salary-
Range AED 4750/- to 6000/- depending on previous performance & years of experience plus monthly sales incentives and benefits like medical health insurance, life insurance & air passage to hometown.
Accountabilities:-
• To promote the sales of various personal banking products in the allocated markets.
• To achieve sales targets agreed with the Direct Sales Manager.
• To provide MIS & competitor feedback on a weekly basis.
• To conduct promotional activities group meetings and road shows to achieve budgeted sales volumes. This is with respect to establishing company tie-ups for selling cards.
• Managing achievements of sales objectives by setting sales targets.
Skills
Education level repaired:
• University degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in selling banking products or in a financial industry.
