RAKBANK is looking to hire a Product Officer for Bancsasurance department in order to assist the Product Manager in achieving the budgeted volumes through addition / management of insurance service providers and product initiatives.
Accountabilities
- To assist Product Manager - Bancassurance in bringing new insurance/ assurance products through new and existing provider tie-ups.
- To identify Insurance Providers on the basis of their financial worthiness, market reputation and standing for potential tie-ups with the Bank.
- To manage the relationship with Insurance Providers and co-ordinate the execution of MOU’s, marketing tie-ups with them.
- To ensure delivery of quality service to customers, both internal and external and project a professional and warm image and achieve service level standards of the Bank.
- To work closely with Internal Controls and Bank’s Lawyers with regards to drafting & execution of all Service Agreements and other legal documentation with the insurance providers.
- To manage the end to end process of development and enhancement of systems/ procedures, for implementing new and enhanced product offerings and renewal process for existing Policies.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience handling insurance based products.
