To assist the Head of Marketing Communications to conceptualize and implement product marketing, promotional initiatives and 360 degrees communication for RAKBANK Personal, Business, and Islamic Banking products and services in order to meet the product/promotional objectives within the allocated budget.
Assists the Head of Marketing Communications to translate internal business requirements into supplier/agency briefs to ensure that the final execution of the same is in line with the business objectives and corporate identity.
Implements annual calendar of product marketing and promotional activities across products.
Liaises with the advertising agency to brief, design, develop and implement Below The Line (BTL) collaterals for all RAKBANK Personal, Business, and Islamic Banking products.
Responsible for translation of Arabic campaign and customer communication across products and channels (offline, digital and social)
Responsible for updation of content (English and Arabic) on the Bank’s website.
Liaises with business and sales team and agency to develop standard sales literature and presentations for sales team to improve sales effectiveness and to obtain and channel feedback from sales, branches, phone banking and frontline staff on the various marketing initiatives to continually fine-tune and improve product offerings.
Manages communication deadlines of all promotions and Above The Line (ATL) & BTL campaigns and monitors all competitive activities in ATL / BTL media of other bank campaigns.
Assists in organizing all road shows, events and/or exhibitions by following-up with the event organizers/shopping malls managements, and collects the number of leads and conversions for each of these activities.
Checks all suppliers’ invoices to ensure that all supporting documents are provided and that the billed amounts are within the overall approved budgets.
Ensures compliance with Central Bank regulations, advertising rules/restrictions and any other internal compliance requirements, such as credit & operations pertinent to the products.
Creates the e-draw files in co-ordination with business units to conduct the promotional draws by the bank from time to time.
Supports administration, public relations or other departments of the bank wherever branding and general marketing expertise is required.
Minimum 6 years’ experience
Excellent spoken and written communication in English & Arabic
Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably in website content management system
Knowledge of Conventional and Islamic Banking products
