Manager – Islamic Retail Assets

We are looking to hire a Manager for Islamic Retail Asset products to manage, enhance and grow the portfolio, launch of new sharia compliant retail assets proposition using innovating structuring and sharia methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Embedding conventional financial structuring with Shari’ah requirements to meet Islamic transactional rules relating to asset/liability creation and pricing
• Developing product level strategies and align them with Conventional Product strategies by packaging in distinct Islamic proposition in order to maximize profitability and creation of competitive advantage
• Managing and ensuring streamlined end-to-end product processes for superior customer experience and internal effectiveness
• Monitoring the financial performance of the Islamic product portfolio against annual targets
• Working closely with the Sales teams and developing sales tools. Providing sales training, initiating marketing programs supporting growth objectives of the Islamic product portfolio
• Suggesting innovative solutions, process and product enhancement and new products in line with the bank’s strategy for digitization
