What is IRTIQA?
IRTIQA is the our UAE National Management Associate Programme. It literally means ‘progression’ in Arabic, and that’s just what it will do for your career.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking young and dynamic UAE National graduates from select local universities across RAK, Sharjah and Dubai. Sounds like you? After passing a rigorous assessment and selection process conducted by the Bank, you will start the two year programme.

IRTIQA is designed to give you a solid and comprehensive grounding in the banking industry with exposure across the three key business streams: Retail, Credit and Business Support. Then it’s on to your preferred stream for enhanced skill development in preparation for your final placement and new career.
