• Post card sales for NTB and for existing credit card customers of the bank undertake multiple tele calling campaigns at various stages of the product lifecycle (activation & onboarding campaign ,enhancement of relationship value through spends, upgrade , limit increase and other service campaigns, customer feedback campaigns , cross sell/upsell campaigns and retention campaigns and relationship reinstatement campaigns) .
• Engage and interact with customers over the phone to build awareness about the credit card product , features , benefits , promotions and campaigns with the objective to enhance the usage of card and card related services .Clarify and explain procedures to avail various card related services and gather customer feedback over the telephone
• Convert credit card sales and service opportunities in order to meet financial targets and campaign related targets.
• Provide excellent customer services to build the relationship with the Bank and increase customer loyalty towards the relationship.
• Build customer loyalty by addressing all credit card service related needs and requirements of the customer over the phone.
• Responsible to fulfil a set of identified credit card related services over the phone and as per the set process and procedures.
• One year plus Tele calling experience in credit cards lifecycle management activities such as ( retention /activation /spends /splits /tele sales of credit cards and cards services ) with banks locally.
• One year plus experience in phone banking with banks locally with experience in handling credit card related services.
• Local work experience would be preferred
