Opportunity Description
Job Purpose
- To sell the core product and to encourage cross selling of other products in the assigned business territory.
- To actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and independent references.
Responsibilities
- To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate the customer needs
- To build and grow the sales organization as an extension of the branch network
- To collaborate with the team members to achieve better results
- To build and maintain effective business relationship with the customers
- To propose new companies for listing under the Approved List of Companies (ALOC)
- To source quality business by ensuring Fraud and Compliance guidelines are met
- To gather feedback from the customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- To provide continuous suggestions on changes and ways of improving RAKBANK products
- To increase the bank’s visibility in the banking / financial industry
- To provide regular customer and market feedback to the senior management, to improve Product Offering and Business Acquisition
Skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
- Minimum 2 years local banking experience, specifically in Personal Loans
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
