Opportunity Description
To support and work closely with Senior Product Manager and Head of Acquiring to grow the bank's merchant acquiring portfolio and payment solutions & services infrastructure by launching quick to market new product offerings.
Accountabilities:
- Assist and work closely with the Senior Product Manager in day to day activities
- Provide technical and functional support to both internal and external teams
- Evaluate and present implementation strategy of new products and services
- Initiate new ideas and value added services in order to gain an upper edge in the market
- Oversee UAT plan and test scripts to conduct end-to-end UAT of every new project
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for customer audiences
- Share inputs in RFP analysis/response & pricing, GAP analysis and requirements workshops
- Ensure existing and new products and services are compliant with schemes & other regulatory authorities governing the business
- Address the needs of acquiring business colleagues for ongoing business relationships
Skills
Education:
- University Degree in IT, Engineering, Science or Equivalent
- Post graduate degree/diploma in above will be an added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years’ of experience in payment card industry and related systems with good knowledge of card acquiring and issuing business
Specialized skills:
- Proven track record of successful product implementations in the cards business
- Experience of all project life cycle phases of initiation, planning, execution and closure
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
