Assistant Manager – MARCOM (Graphic Designing)

Responsible for developing concepts and artworks (digital and print) and updation of copy and creative across all 360 degrees ATL and BTL campaign / communication mediums (Print, Outdoor, Online, Social) in English and Arabic across RAKBANK Personal, Business, and Islamic Banking products and services.

Accountability

 Design and develop copy and concept in English & Arabic for all ATL Campaigns

 Update content across all marketing collaterals in print and digital

 Create final artworks for all ATL & BTL campaigns and marketing collaterals

 Design and develop artwork and visuals for Exhibitions & Events

 Maintain and update library of all the creatives and artworks

 Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all communication designed

 Work with a range of media, including photography to create final artwork

 Preform any other tasks/duties as requested by members of Marketing team.

 Design award submission pitches and sales presentations for business

 Producing graphic content for website, and social media re-skins, page layouts, email designs, and website banners and graphics

 Responsible for updation of content (English and Arabic) on the Bank’s website.

 Manages communication deadlines of all promotions and Above The Line (ATL) & BTL campaigns and monitors all competitive activities in ATL / BTL media of other bank campaigns.

 Ensures compliance with Central Bank regulations, advertising rules/restrictions and any other internal compliance requirements, such as credit & operations pertinent to the products.

 Supports administration, public relations or other departments of the bank wherever graphic designing and general marketing expertise is required.

Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience

Skills

Excellent spoken and written communication in English & Arabic

Excellent graphic designing (copy and layout) skills

Excellent hands on knowledge of graphic designing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably in website content management system

Knowledge of Conventional and Islamic Banking products
