Job Purpose
To manage & implement CPF (Consumer Protection Framework) requirements on the public website and all relevant digital platforms.
- Liase with SEU and Marcom team on the CPF requirements to develop a digital brief for the internal stakeholders & external agencies
- SPOC within digital marketing team to manage CPF on digital platforms (Website etc.)
- Work with Marcom team for translation of Arabic content and implement the changes on the website
- Work closely with the digital agency to design & develop UI & various tools as per requirements
- Review all deliverables (design & development) and work with IT, Channels & platform owners to test and implement these changes. Run UATs and iterate deliverables with agencies as required
- Maintain key relationships with digital vendors in order to constantly test, learn and improve existing products
Skills
- Proven experience and knowledge of HTML, Web Design & Content Management systems
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM/Web Analytics
- Experience managing EDMs & running campaigns via marketing automation tools
- Project management skills to run & orchestrate multi-task projects with IT & vendor
- Knowledge of Arabic language (read and write) is preferred
