Job Purpose
To manage the implementation of all digital marketing initiatives and delivery of projects on the Insurance aggregator portal and Investment platforms.
To ensure top of mind brand visibility at launch and thereafter and implement best practices in customer experience.
- To be the SPOC on all aspects of digital marketing of Bancassurance & Investment portal
- To liaise directly with the business, product and support functions to ensure that both the portals are managed and updated with the most current product and customer related information
- To implement global best practices for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- To ensure constant flow of relevant organic/paid traffic is maintained and tracked
- To work closely with the business on driving acquisition campaigns designed for lead generation & conversion
- To work on alternate channel of leads sourcing through campaigns, upsells and cross sells.
Skills
- Proven experience and knowledge of HTML, Web Design & Content Management systems
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM/Web Analytics
- Experience managing EDMs & running campaigns via marketing automation tools
- Project management skills to manage products and enhancements with IT & vendors
