Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing

RAKBANK is looking to hire a Digital Marketing professional to drive implementation and delivery of campaigns across all digital marketing verticals.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting and liaising with stakeholders to ensure that all digital campaigns i.e. Emails, Social and Push are developed, scheduled, and dispatched with content and creatives that is approved
• Implementing global best practices for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Ensuring constant flow of relevant organic/paid traffic is maintained and tracked
• Ensuring day-to-day management and distribution of content across all social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.)
• Liaising with media/digital agencies on implementing and optimizing performance marketing to drive efficiency and improve ROI
• Maintaining key relationships with digital agency and vendors in order to design and implement strategic digital projects and tactical initiatives
• Designing in-house content & adapting creative assets for social & push channels. Covering key company events and turning them into shareable social content
• Implement best practices in customer experience

• Proven experience and knowledge of HTML, Web Design & Content Management systems
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM/Web Analytics
• Experience managing EDMs & running campaigns via marketing automation tools
• Experience in creating and managing content for social & digital channels
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing

Education:

• Bachelor’s/MBA in Marketing
