We are seeking Relationship Managers to join our Direct Sales Team to market, promote and sustain personal loans sales through company tie ups & outdoor sales and to supervise direct sales agents to acquire new business and deepen existing customer relationships for the sales of personal loans / credit cards.
You will be required to:
• Promote the sales of personal loans in the allocated markets.
• Achieve sales targets agreed with Personal Loans Sales Manager.
• Provide sales MIS on a daily/ weekly basis.
• Manage achievement of sales objectives by setting sales targets for DSAs and evaluating progress & effective deployment of sales staff.
• Ensuring effective sales processes by developing & maintaining reporting/ tracking systems, anti-attrition processes & techniques & coaching staff where appropriate, designing & implementing sales training.
• Management of sales support to existing customers.
• Liaison with marketing staff to plan promotional campaigns for new & existing products, and review customer feedback.
• Management of DSA training & coaching where necessary, work scheduling & assignments.
Skills
• University degree or equivalent
• Desirable to have sales diploma or certification.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in selling banking products or in a financial industry.
• Team management experience in a sales-driven environment.
