Opportunity Description
We are looking for a Card MIS Supervisor who is responsible for developing effective MIS reports and analysing the over all portfolio for Credit Cards and identify "Risk" & "Growth" areas to facilitate appropriate policy and process changes.
Accountabilities:
• Work closely with Officer, Cards Business Intelligence for designing and developing comprehensive MIS reporting packs for Cards to facilitate prudent Risk and Process management of the card portfolio.
• Analyzing the overall Cards portfolio on various parameters like Utilization, Revolver Ratio, Usage pattern, Delinquency and identify Growth areas.
• Analyzing Fee Income of Cards portfolio and identify growth areas to increase revenue. Develop and generate MIS to track Sales channel performance against budgets.
• Work closely with Officer, Cards Business Intelligence to generate data for various Card related Marketing promotions and to analyse the effectiveness of such promotions.
• Generate relevant front-end MIS to enhance the performance of sales staff.
• Ensure that all data / MIS that are handled / produced by the unit are managed in a secure manner and as per the agreed service standards in accordance with established controls and procedures.
• Recommend and follow-up system change requests to meet changing business needs to improve risk management and liaise with respective unit managers, as required.
• Develop reports with the aim to channel feedback on credit policies, target segment, quality of applications received, and deviations to Branches and Sales Force on a regular basis.
• Ensure adherence to service standards as set out in the Service Level Agreement
Skills
Education level required:
University degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong PC skills with extensive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access
Experience:
At least 3 years experience in MIS reporting related functions in retail banking, preferably in credit cards with in-depth experience of report writing tools / analytics software like Seagate Crystal Reports, Business Objects, and SAS etc. Knowledge of SQLs is a must.
