Vice President, Digital Product Owner - Wealth Management

About the Role
The Vice President, Digital Product Owner – Wealth Management is responsible for accelerating the execution of the Wealth Transformation roadmap and delivering measurable progress against strategic milestones. The role ensures alignment between business strategy and technology delivery, driving client engagement through intuitive and personalized digital wealth experiences. It focuses on enabling advisor productivity, delivering scalable digital solutions, and embedding a culture of agility and innovation. This position reports directly to the EVP & Head of Digital Channels, Personal Banking and plays a critical role in bridging the gap between vision and execution to generate business value through improved client retention, increased AUM, and enhanced digital adoption.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Accelerate execution of the Wealth Transformation roadmap, delivering measurable progress against strategic milestones.
• Drive client engagement and satisfaction through intuitive, personalized, and high-impact digital wealth experiences.
• Increase advisor productivity and enablement by digitizing key workflows and tools.
• Deliver scalable digital solutions that reduce operational complexity and improve time-to-market.
• Champion a culture of agility and innovation, embedding customer-centric thinking across squads and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology delivery, bridging the gap between vision and execution.
• Generate business value through improved client retention, increased AUM, and enhanced digital adoption.
• Establish product excellence by continuously optimizing features based on data, feedback, and evolving market needs.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of risk management and ethical conduct.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MSc in Finance, or Digital Innovation).
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Agile, Lean, or Design Thinking credentials.
• CFA, CFP, or other wealth management certifications.
• 10+ years in product management, digital transformation, or agile delivery roles
• Minimum 5+ years in a senior product owner or leadership role within an agile organization
• 3+ years in wealth management, private banking, or fintech.
• Experience with wealth tech platforms, robo-advisory models, and portfolio management tools.

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• End-to-end product lifecycle management.
• Backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
• Digital wealth platforms and robo-advisory tools.
• Customer journey mapping and UX collaboration.
• Data analytics (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).
• Stakeholder management and regulatory awareness (MiFID II, FATCA, AML).
• API and integration concepts.
• Market and competitor analysis.
• Documentation and communication of product vision and user stories.
• Ability to set vision and deliver large-scale digital transformations.
• Agility in evolving strategies and sustaining momentum under pressure.
• Championing continuous improvement and client-centric solutions.
• Strong influencing and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders.
