About the role
We're looking for a curious and thoughtful Content Designer who cares deeply about people and words. Someone who asks “why” before writing, and “how” after. A person who doesn’t just translate, but transforms ideas into meaningful experiences, always keeping the user at the centre.

Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Product, Research and Development to shape user-focused content across our digital channels—web and mobile. This is a hands-on role where your creativity and strategic thinking will help elevate the customer experience as we evolve our products and services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create clear, user-centric content that puts the customer at the heart of every experience.
- Work alongside the English Content Designer to ensure consistency and alignment across languages.
- Provide UX recommendations and annotate wireframes with copy and functionality notes.
- Shape information architecture and narrative across customer journeys.
- Uphold RAKBANK’s tone of voice and brand guidelines to ensure content quality and consistency.
- Support design system content modules and manage content in tools like Figma and Ditto.
- Advocate for the customer and contribute to building a strong UX culture within the bank.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in UX writing or content design, with a strong portfolio of work across web and mobile platforms.
- Experience with tools like Slack, Figma, Google Docs, and Ditto.
