Telesales officer - Bancassurance - Arabic Speaker

RAKBANK is looking to hire Telesales Officers to solicit life and general insurance products over the phone (outbound and inbound)

Responsibilities

• Generating revenue through inbound and outbound telephonic solicitation for pre-underwritten Life and General Insurance products
• Demonstrating accurate product knowledge and answer customer queries (if any) related to product/benefit/service
• Ensuring that T-A-T commitments are adhered to at all times
• Handling customers' service requests for associated products in a professional manner
• Generating leads from customer interactions to create future pipelines for business
• Providing customer feedback on our propositions and suggesting improvements

• Active listening and effective communication
• Must be self-motivated
• Must possess presence of mind and service oriented mindset
• Should be able to thrive under a target-oriented environment
• Minimum 1 year in a telesales role
• Arabic Speaker
