Job Description
Job Purpose:
- To upsell/cross sell/retain banking products as assigned and achieve monthly targets. Comply with Bank’s Policy Guidelines & Code of conduct
Accountabilities:
- To achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- All customer communication to be on recorded calls
- To ensure submission of all records/documents with accuracy
- Full awareness on product knowledge
- Maintain effective business relationship with customers
- To ensure proper handover in case of absence, for business continuity
- To provide Market feedback on competition and suggest changes for product improvement
- To maximize cross sell of all banking products
- Follow up on all customer conversions and ensure closure as per TAT to avoid any complaints
- All leads and complaints to be closed within TAT as per SQ guidelines
Skills
- Ability to develop strong personal/business relationship with clients
- Multicultural awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Sales skills are mandatory
- Good computer & Office administration skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to perform as team player
- Higher Secondary/Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of experience in a Tele-Sales of balance transfer
