Opportunity Description
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset in the system
- IT Capex maintenance and IT Procurement report maintenance
- Establish key interfaces and builds relationships with internal team members in support of alignment of CAPEX project goals.
- Handling project accounts on day to day basis along with generating reports.
- Efficiently overseeing the accounting functions of projects.
- Maintaining and preparing accurate financial records / reports in a timely manner.
- Reviewing and analyzing monthly statements and reporting to the management.
- Maintain proper documentation for all Finance signoff with version control
- Communicates and reports the progress of the CAPEX projects activities / status to the appropriate stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Provides timely information to the management of any activity or indicating a potential risk for the project or organization goals.
- Provide capex utilization and other reports to stakeholders
- Closely work with IT on AMC and other IT approvals
- Suspense account monitoring
- AMS approvals
Skills
- Experience in Project accounting, Capex budgeting with focus on IT spend
- Strong inter-personal skills required to communicate with vendors/internal stakeholders
- Awareness of banking regulatory framework, banking policies, fair practices
- Awareness of AML, customer confidentiality, safety & security standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively & efficiently through both verbal & written communication
- Ability to gather, analyze, evaluate information in order to make appropriate business decisions within applicable framework.
- Ability to work under pressure involves dealing with constraints which are often outside your control like resource , tight timelines, complexity of task assigned
