Opportunity Description
• Lobby management, telephone pick-ups, account enquiries, receiving and delivery of customer documents and requests, managing delivery of Debit / Credit Cards, return cheques and cheque books to customers. Ensure adherence to Banks policies, ethics and code of conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To ensure optimal customer service by efficient lobby management
2. To achieve set targets against service standards for customers transactions
3. To guide customers either to a service desk or waiting area
4. To understand customer requirements/needs and Cross Sell other Bank products
5. To ensure neat work area at all times and ensure that all merchandising material in the branch is current
6. Ensure weekly reconciliation of all the security items held with the CSM
Skills
Education level required:
• Minimum High school for Nationals (preferably higher diploma) and University graduate for expatriates
Professional / Technical qualifications / Diplomas:
• Should have PC skills (word processing and spreadsheet)
• Should have a good knowledge of RAKBank retail products and systems
Specialist Skills required for the Job :
• Should be able to speak fluent English and Arabic
