About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic leader to design, develop, and execute end-to-end value propositions for SME customers, driving product penetration, bundled offerings, and cross-sell across liability, lending, payments, and adjacent services. This role reports to Chief Commercial Officer - Business Banking and is pivotal to RAKBANK’s ambition to increase primary banking relationships, improve share of wallet, and deliver differentiated market positioning in the SME space.
What You'll be Doing
•Define and own SME proposition strategy aligned with the bank’s overall vision
• Develop bundled offerings and lifecycle campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value
• Work with Lending, Payments, CX, and Digital teams to deliver cohesive, customer-centric solutions
• Introduce partnership-led propositions (e.g., accounting software, POS integration) and digital enablement
• Track KPIs such as cross-sell conversion rates, product penetration, and campaign ROI
• Maintain highest standards of governance, risk, and regulatory adherence across all initiatives
• Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Continuously monitor competitor offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes to inform proposition evolution
• Drive integration of propositions into digital platforms for seamless customer journeys
• Leverage data analytics and VOC (Voice of Customer) to refine propositions and improve experience
• Establish dashboards and present regular updates to executive management on proposition success
• Implement test-and-learn approaches, A/B testing, and feedback loops to optimize campaigns
What We're Looking For
• Experience: 12+ years in banking with strong exposure to SME/Business Banking. Proven track record in product management, customer segmentation, and digital channels
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
