Job Overview
An ambitious senior team leader who will manage and grow a portfolio of business liability accounts while strategically upselling and cross-selling opportunities. To maintain the portfolio with the fulfillment of compliance and remediation requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage and expand a portfolio of business liability customers by driving low-cost transactional money growth.

Upsell and cross-sell a full suite of banking products to business clients.

Lead and support Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) to ensure targets are met.

Collaborate effectively with peers and support staff to deliver seamless service.

Address client service needs by coordinating with back-office teams.

Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and internal banking requirements when onboarding clients.

Gather market feedback and contribute to product development with innovative customer offerings
What You Should Have:

Experience in managing business liabilities and financial products.

Strong leadership and mentorship skills to guide VRMs.

- You ensure strict adherence to regulatory frameworks
- Good presentation skills, negotiating and networking skills with internal and external customers.
- Anti-Money Laundering guidelines and ability to source only legitimate business and Awareness of Central Bank guidelines and regulations
- University Degree or equivalent qualification
- Over 5 years’ experience in Branch Banking, Operations, or a Customer Service role.
- Good working knowledge of Business Banking products.
