Opportunity Description

Job Purpose

To manage and develop the team so as to drive new acquisition in the business with an aim to meet the budgeted sales volumes and grow the portfolio of clients.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Ensure to achieve budgeted sales and service targets within the acceptable risk standards, identify market, source and book new accounts and monitor existing relationships in order to maximize revenues.
  • Ensure full compliance and awareness of all policies related to operational risk and sales processes, and liaise with units to obtain approvals, so as to avoid any customer dissatisfaction.
  • Manage a designated portfolio of clients in order to identify and address customer needs to ensure that the overall service provided is in line with customer expectations and the terms of the service offer.
  • Identify and initiate improvements to work, customer service, quality, work processes and organizational matters in order to contribute to business efficiency goals.

 

Skills

  • Good presentation skills, negotiating and networking skills with internal and external customers
  • Anti-Money Laundering guidelines and ability to source only legitimate business and Awareness of Central Bank guidelines and regulations
  • Initiate and drive to achieve set targets and service standards
  • Strong selling and interpersonal skills to market new customers and sell the bank’s products
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Mid Markets/ Commercial Banking segment.
