Job Purpose
- Direct Tax- (CT) , Indirect Tax (VAT) and other Tax Compliance (ES/CBCR)
Functional Responsibilities:
- Submission and payment of VAT returns
- Submission and payment of Corporate Tax (CT) returns
- Manage and oversee the various activities relating to VAT Invoicing
- VAT Review and VAT applicability of P&L in VAT CR
- CT Review and allowance/disallowance for P&L impact
- Preparation and review of process notes/ Agreements for ensuring VAT Compliance
- Preparation of annual wash calculation and special method workings
- Facilitate and support Internal / External VAT Audits and FTA audits
- Advise process towards management of VAT across various business unit
- Ensure compliance for the process introduced by various business unit upon request
- Represent Finance as a SME/SPOC for VAT related queries and enhancements
- Preparation of notifications and the reporting relating to ECR & CBCR
Skills
- Chartered Accountant / ACCA
- Knowledge of VAT & Corporate Tax law and regulations
- Knowledge of Banking systems and products

- 3 to 5 years relevant experience. Experience in Corporate Tax is an added advantage
