Job Description
1. To promote the sales of Payroll and other banking products in the allocated markets.
2. To achieve sales targets agreed with the Direct Sales Manager.
3. Build and retain relationships with customers for sustainable portfolio.
4. To provide MIS & competitor feedback on a weekly basis.
5. To conduct promotional activities group meetings and road shows to achieve budgeted sales volumes. This is with respect to establishing company tie-ups for selling cards.
6. Managing achievements of sales objectives by setting sales targets
7. Presentation to prospective clients when the bank wants to have a tie-up
Skills
- Sales oriented person.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Achieving budgeted sales volumes.
- Knowledge of banking products both own competitor products
- Identify any cross sell opportunities for other business divisions of the bank
- Understand competition and suggest changes for products / process to improve sales.
- Motivating individual by awarding high performers and guiding the not so good performers in improving Performance.
