Opportunity Description
We are looking to hire Sales Officers to sell Personal Banking products for our Direct Sales department.
Job Purpose
To market, promote and sustain the Personal Banking products through company tie-ups and outdoor sales.
To acquire new business and deepen existing customer relationships for the specialty product family or customer segment handled.
Accountabilities
1. To promote the sales of various Personal Banking products in the allocated markets.
2. To achieve sales targets agreed with the Direct Sales Manager.
3. To provide MIS on a weekly basis.
4. To conduct promotional activities, group meetings and road shows to achieve budgeted sales volumes. This is with respect to establishing company tie-ups for selling Personal Banking products.
5. To manage achievements of sales objectives by setting sales targets.

Education
University Degree or Equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience in banking or financial industry
