Sales Officer -Business Banking (Chinese)

Job Purpose:

• To promote and develop the business banking relationships through new customers.

Accountabilities:

• To identify potential customers through databases, cold calling, follow up leads and telephone/personal contacts etc.
• To seek out directs customers to other services and products available to meet their needs and generate business.
• To have full awareness on product and policy knowledge and implementing them at all the times.
• To fully comply with Policy Guidelines and Code of Conduct at all times.

• Proper understanding of Process and Procedures
• Higher Secondary / Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6 months in sales experience
