Job Description
• To lead, manage and grow the SME Asset & Liability portfolio in the designated territories through Team leaders, Relationship Managers & officers.
• To be directly responsible for the generation of business from the Bank through constant evaluation of strategy and implementation of initiatives in order to maintain Banks leadership position at all times.
• To maximize Fee and interest earnings while keeping the cost of funds to minimal.
• To keep delinquency levels to the minimum.
Skills
Professional Qualifications:
• Banking Diploma/AIB
• Sales and Marketing degree / diploma preferable
Work experience:
• 5 to 8 years experience in Branch Banking, Operations and Relationship Management or Customer Service preferably in a similar HNWI Relationship Management job
• Personal Banking Credit Skills.
• Experience in managing a team of Relationship Managers & Relationship officers.
Specialist skills required for the job:
• Knowledge of local legal system as applicaple to Banking
• Anti money Laundering guidelines and ability to source only legitimate business
• Local Commercial Banking practise
• Awareness of Central Bank guidelines & regulations
• Through understanding of the product
• Good leadership, communication, negotiation and impersonal skills.
• Good computer skills with the ability to generate and interpret MIS
• Should have a good knowledge of RAKBANK retail products
• HNWI Relationship Management Skills
• People Management Skills
