Job Description
To upsell/cross sell/retain banking products as assigned and achieve monthly targets. Comply with Bank’s Policy Guidelines & Code of conduct.
Responsibility
• To achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• All customer communication to be on recorded calls
• To ensure submission of all records/documents with accuracy
• Full awareness on product knowledge
• Maintain effective business relationship with customers
• To ensure proper handover in case of absence, for business continuity
• To provide Market feedback on competition and suggest changes for product improvement
• To maximize cross sell of all banking products
• Follow up on all customer conversions and ensure closure as per TAT to avoid any complaints
• All leads and complaints to be closed within TAT as per SQ guidelines.
