Opportunity Description
To achieve the targets on Credit Card Retention, Activation and Campaign Enrollments.
Responsibilities
1. Contact customers on the closure requests received and make Retention and Activation attempts on them in order to retain them.
2. Contact customers to inform them of the various cards portfolio activities.
3. Cross sell of card services and other bank products to all contacted customers.
4. Contact customers for credit card activation.
Skills
Education
University degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience with retention / telesales areas is mandate
