Job Description
- To promote the sales of personal banking products in the market.
- To achieve sales targets agreed with the Direct Sales Manager.
- To provide MIS & competitor feedback on a weekly basis.
- To conduct promotional activities group meetings and road shows to achieve budgeted sales volumes. This is with respect to establishing company tie-ups for selling cards.
- Managing achievements of sales objectives by setting sales target.
- Sales budgeting during the annual budgeting process
- Presentation to prospective clients when the bank wants to have a tie-up
Skills
- Sales oriented person.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Achieving budgeted sales volumes.
- Knowledge of banking products both own competitor products
- Identify any cross sell opportunities for other business divisions of the bank
- Understand competition and suggest changes for products / process to improve sales.
