Relationship Officer - Business Banking

To promote and sell Business Banking asset / liabilities Products as per assigned financial targets. 

Accountabilities:

1. To build and maintain effective business relationship with clients in the market, and to ensure closing of sale.
2. Full awareness on product and policy knowledge and implementing them at all the times.
3. General awareness on Bank’s other policies.
4. To fully comply with Policy Guidelines and Code of Conduct at all times.
5. To make client calls and prepare/submit case log ins with all relevant documentation for approvals.
6. To ensure that information submitted to credit is error free and complete.
7. To ensure that files sent for disbursal are complete on mandatory documentation to avoid log in reject.
8. Follow ups, and errors to be rectified and document deferrals to be resolved within deferred time frame.
9. To ensure that bank’s pricing policies are compiled at all times.

Education:

igher Secondary / Bachelors Degree with minimum 6 months in sales experience.
