To manage the day to day operation of an internal sales office, to include motivating a sales team in implementing a sales strategy, achieving new businesses targets and to demonstrate desired sales behaviour.
Responsibilities
• Leading, managing and motivating a telesales team to implement the D2C sales strategy and meet agreed targets for personal insurance products such as Accident & Hospitalization type of policies
• Presenting and selling company products and services to bank clients
• Searching proactively for new revenue generating opportunities to meet the company targets and following up on new leads and referrals.
• Managing the agreed levels of calling activity and ensure the team is revenue-driven in approach while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Compiling sales progress reports on a daily/weekly/monthly and proactively addressing shortfall on targets
• Managing the Customer Relationships to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available
