Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager - Commercial Banking

RAKBANK is looking to hire a Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager to maximize profitability of Commercial Banking department by managing the development, delivery, marketing and sales of Bank’s product and services to commercial/corporate businesses

Responsibilities:

• Achieving of asset addition, arrangement fee, revenue, number of new-to-bank relationships, cross-sale and other financial targets assigned by the Bank
• Establishing, developing and maintaining a portfolio of commercial/corporate clients to ensure that new relationships or ongoing requirements of existing clients attain maximum revenue within acceptable risk profile requirements
• Monitoring and maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in order to ensure productive department workflow
• Building peer support and strong formal internal relationships in order to optimize the effectiveness of the workforce
• Identifying potential defaulting accounts and investigating through closer management of the account the cause for concern, and recommending to senior management an appropriate remedial action

• A good knowledge of the relevant products and services, as well as policies and procedures
• Organizational Skills
• MBA/CA preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in relationship management, dealing with commercial/corporate customers
• UAE experience is mandatory
