Job Purpose:
- Serve as a central point of contact for all Investment Sales Support and product queries and support the Wealth management Business to achieve Investment Revenues
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Assist in preparing Product Selection documents, ensure products are in line with internal guidelines and obtain necessary approvals, internal and external for the launch of new investment products.
• Prepare, monitor and update Operational Procedures for all products handled.
• Assist in the preparation of customer documentation, marketing material and other literature for new product launches.
• Be well aware of the product features, offers, selling restrictions, documentation etc of all investment products
• Handling of call back to clients on investment products or on any other investment related matter and ensure control checks are done for smooth processing of new business and service business.
• Assist in activities pertaining to administration and maintenance of AUM products (Bonds/ Structured Notes / Mutual Funds)
• Assist in Lending Limit monitoring, tracking Margin call, interest servicing and overdue interest and follow up with sales for regularization. Monitor LAI expiry and coordinate with Investment Support / CROPS for extension / renewal.
• Interact with Third Party Providers for all product and admin related queries, approvals and smooth processing of applications
• Provide support to Sales Team on handling customer complaints and on product queries pertaining to investments products whenever required.
• Maintenance of all Product related Files and general filings
• Adhere to AML guidelines of the Bank and Central Bank while sourcing new business for Investments
• Punctuality and avoid absenteeism
Skills
Competency Level:
Education level required:
• Minimum High school for Nationals (preferably higher diploma) and University graduate for expatriates
Professional / Technical qualifications / Diplomas:
• Should have PC skills (word processing and spread sheet)
• Should have good knowledge of Banking Products and services
Experience:
• 3-5 years’ experience in customer sales/service in Investment Products preferably in a financial institution
Specialist Skills required for the Job:
• Should be able to speak fluent English &/or other ethnic languages
• Good written & oral communication skills
• Good customer servicing skills
