Job Description

RAKBANK is looking to hire Phone Banking Representatives to delight internal and external customers over the telephone & chat in line with established standards via this distribution channel

Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with customers over the phone to understand their banking needs
  • Providing personalized service by thoroughly and efficiently gathering customer information, assessing and fulfilling customer needs, and educating the customer where applicable
  • Providing excellent customer service to achieve customer loyalty
  • Resolving problems over the telephone and when required appropriately escalate customer queries and complaints for resolution
  • Maintaining and managing professional knowledge of entire products and services line offered by the bank to ensure exemplary customer service
  • Initiating cross selling of banking products and services to ensure targets are met

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Contact Center in the Banking sector
