About the role:
To acquire and grow the bank’s mortgage portfolio by providing expert advice and end-to-end support to customers seeking home financing solutions. The role involves proactive sales, relationship management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies
What You’ll Be Doing:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Source new mortgage clients through direct channels, referrals, and partnerships with real estate agents and developers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable mortgage solutions.
Sales & Advisory
- Promote and sell mortgage products (conventional and Islamic) to eligible customers.
- Conduct financial assessments to determine customer eligibility and recommend appropriate mortgage options.
- Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and associated risks clearly to clients.
Process Management
- Assist clients throughout the mortgage application process, ensuring timely collection and submission of required documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments (credit, operations, legal) and external stakeholders (valuers, developers) to ensure smooth processing.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all activities comply with UAE Central Bank regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mortgage sales for retail banking in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage market, products, and regulatory environment.
- Familiarity with Islamic finance principles is a plus.
