Opportunity Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Based on business requirements, design creative in-house (copy and layout) for all campaigns across mediums (Print, Radio, Outdoor, Online, Social). Wherever required liaise with Creative agency for design, copy, layout and artwork.
- Maintain key relationship with agency / vendors to implement all strategic and tactical initiatives and campaigns across in-house and external channels of communication.
- Act as brand custodian and ensure all external and internal communication is as per Brand Identity Guidelines (BIG).
- Support Product and Sales team in creation of sales literatures, presentation, emailers etc.
- Design User Interface and layouts for Digital assets of the bank (Website, Mobile Apps, Tablets and Digital Signages).
- Copy writing and creation of static banners for RAKBANK websites (Display and within Online Banking) and Social Media Covers (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin, Instagram).
- Adaptation of campaign creatives to BTL Mediums (Posters, ATM Screens, Wall Papers, Brochures) when required.
- Creation of Emailers (copy and design) for all informational and promotional campaigns.
- Content / Copy creation for all offline and digital mediums
- Support HR, Training and Service Excellence teams in creation of employee educational content whenever required.
- Responsible for design of RAKBANK / Product branding at bank sponsored events, Career fairs, roadshows and exhibitions.
- Identify communication opportunities to maximize RAKBANK’s brand visibility.
- Participate in the planning, development and implementation of marketing annual calendar.
- Manage the communication creative deadlines and budgets of all ATL and BTL promotions and campaigns.
- Assist the Manager – Media & Channel Marketing in the ATL media planning and buying while ensuring that the most effective media vehicles are being used to meet the product / promotional objectives within the allocated budget.
- Ensure that all quotations/invoices and campaigns follow the approval procedure.
- Periodically benchmark the brand and its offerings versus competitors/market need in order to identify the Bank’s strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
- Supervise the TVCs, Product and Corporate Video production.
- Support PR in writing content for advertorials / press releases.

- Excellent spoken communication and copy-writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably in website content management system.
- Proficient in Graphic Design applications like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premier Pro, HTML5 and Video editing and animation.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in an Ad Agency / Client handling Creative Design and Communication.
