Opportunity Description

Business Development and Relationship Management:

  • Developing & growing payroll business by acquiring new customers and ensuring company sign ups
  • Managing key government and corporate relationships for salary transfers
  • Verifying that potential customers satisfy all criteria required of a desired customer profile as outlined by the bank

Portfolio Management:

  • Building relationship with key referrals partners within the Bank to ensure constant and quality leads are obtained
  • Achieving the desired quality of customer acquisition through relationship management by ensuring cross sell, upsell and retention

Customer service:

  • Demonstrating our promise and apply the RAKBANK service standards to deliver the banks required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
  • Ensuring zero process errors & higher NPS for the new products or services
  • Maximizing sales referral opportunities by working with customer service colleagues

New Business / Revenue Goals:

  • Delivering the financial target agreed with the businesses
  • Increasing productivity of Sales channel through acquisition of the customers from the allocated key relationships
  • Coach, Support and mentor the team members

Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures:

  • Comply with policies, processes, systems and procedures laid down by the bank
  • Managing self in line with the bank’s people management policies, practices and procedures to ensure adherence and maximize own contribution to business performance
