Job Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to maintain the processes and maintaining the documentation; IT Assurance related BAU Activities, MIS-reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining IT Assurance framework along with Unit manager
• Manage and maintain all policy and procedure documents related Information technology division.
• Assist in defining and maintaining policy and process documents, foster good practices for IT controls and encourage process ownership.
• Monitoring the processes and controls implemented with in Information technology division
• Assist in preparing BCM related documents, plans and related activities
• Assist in configuration management and source control
• Assist unit manager in internal reviews and other assessments
• Maintain and track the IT Budget and related activities.
• Prepare and assist in various MIS reports and related activities.
• Assist in operational risk related activities and follow up on closures.
Skills
Education level required:
• University degree or equivalent qualification
Professional / Technical qualifications / Diplomas:
• ITIL certification (Foundation) - Mandatory
Experience:
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as Information Technology professional.
Specialist Skills required for the Job:
• Technical competence in ITIL related process and implementations.
• Good oral and written communication to issue instructions or guidelines, and draft correspondence
• Documentation skills is mandatory
• Professionalism in MS Excel and word
• Knowledge in source code version control and working with various configuration management tools
• ISO related knowledge and certifications will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge to review Processes and controls will be added advantage
