HR Intern

RAKBANK is looking to hire a HR Intern support the Human Resources function by providing support to the Human Resources Manager with a wide range of projects related to recruiting, onboarding/orientation, employee benefits, and adhoc programs.

Human Resources Intern will learn the practical application of:

• Steps in the recruiting and hiring process
• The importance of employment law and compliance, especially regarding employment eligibility, proper maintenance of employee files, and forms management.
• The interrelationship of HR in the areas of new employee paperwork, Employee benefits management issues related to plan renewal and open enrollment, benefits enrollment troubleshooting employee benefits issues, and the customer service aspect of benefits oversight.

• Currently pursuing HR BA or completed.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be able to illustrate great initiative as a highly motivated team player with a positive and outgoing attitude.
• Be very detail oriented, well organized, and able to multi-task and prioritize assignments with limited supervision.
• Excellent communicator
• Good relationship management skills

Requirements:

• Banking knowledge is preferred
• Should be on a sponsored visa
