Job Purpose
- We are looking to hire a Field Collector for overdue accounts of retail products.
Accountabilities
- To trace the office address of the non-contactable customer’s and visit their office
- To visit the HR in case customer has left the previous organization gather new employment details with an updated contact numbers
- To update the new employment / contact details on system and share the lead with In house agents
- Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments once the contact is established with the customer
- Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues
- To ensure regular duties related to smooth management of department are handled
- To identify customer problems and escalate the issue with Supervisor and provide effective solution
- To collect cash from customers and issue the cash receipt’s
- To reconcile the cash receipts with the receipt controller in the unit on daily basis
Skills
- Proven experience as field collector, at least 1 year of experience of Collection & Recoveries
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
- Good communication and people skills
- Apt in negotiation skills and persuading customer
