RAKBANK is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to be responsible for providing administrative support, whilst ensuring the services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Carrying out all administrative tasks, ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service, to both external and internal customers, and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures
- Performing a variety of administrative or executive service support that is highly confidential and sensitive
- Coordinating office management activities
- Managing effective communication with senior management in a professional and courteous manner
- Organizing and managing periodic meetings, ensuring active participation by all team members
- Managing presentation and time slots during meetings
- Preparing and circulating minutes of the meeting
- Following up on action point closure of minutes of the meeting
- Ensuring all tasks carried out comply with Bank operating policies, procedures and standards
- Gathering data, collating information, producing and submitting reports/presentations to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of information
- Acting as a focal point for internal customer’s queries and liaise as a matter of urgency with appropriate departments of the Bank to resolve difficulties in order to ensure first class standard of service

Education level required:
- University degree or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration/secretarial role
