Digital Marketing Manager

Accountabilities:

• Responsible for implementation and timely delivery of key projects across all digital channels of the bank (website, microsites, mobile apps, digital banking etc.) to ensure top of mind brand visibility and implement best practices in UI/UX in the digital space and in turn ensure continuous enhancement of RAKBANK’s digital properties
• Working closely with media/digital agencies on implementing and optimizing performance marketing to drive efficiency and improve ROI
• Maintains key relationships with digital agency and vendors in order to design and implement strategic digital projects and tactical initiatives
• Works on alternate channel of leads sourcing through campaigns, upsells and cross sells for all bank products through the digital channels and implements the end to end process from lead generation to funneling the leads into the cross-sell system
• Works closely with business, product and support functions to drive product initiatives
• Implements best practices for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) carried out primarily through google to ensure that a constant flow of relevant organic/paid traffic is maintained and tracked using web trends to ensure organic growth

Education:

• MBA Marketing / Specialized degree in Digital Marketing

Experience:

• 6 years + in digital marketing

Specialist skills for the role:

• Proven hands on experience and knowledge of HTML, Design-UI/UX, Content management systems
• Experience in managing EDMs & Omni-channel campaigns through known Marketing cloud platforms & Push marketing suites
• Experience in creating and managing content for social/digital channels
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM & web analytics
