Assistant Manager - Digital Creatives - UAE National

RAKBANK is looking to hire an Assistant Manager - Digital Creatives to join our Marketing team who will be responsible for developing and executing concepts for ATL/BTL digital campaigns and digital assets for website, apps, social media across RAKBANK's Personal, Business, Wholesale and Islamic Banking products and services

Main responsibilities:

• Designing and developing copy, concept and final material in English & Arabic for all digital ATL & BTL campaigns
• Creating digital assets including rich media online ads, microsites, app designs and icons, and website landing pages for campaigns
• Creating digital videos, static and carousel ads, covers for all social media channels
• Designing templates, creatives and HTMLs for emailers
• Enhancing the customer experience on the website and apps through responsive design, better user interface and user experience design

We are looking for a candidate with the below skills and experience:

• Excellent spoken and written communication in English & Arabic
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, UI, UX
• Excellent graphical skills, creative flair and good colour & design sense
• Excellent hands on knowledge of graphic designing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Basic PHP, Silverpop, etc)
• Knowledge of banking products
