Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide information about RAKBank’s Personal Banking products, provide quality service to customers (including prospective customers) and sell the complete range of retail products to the customers. Ensure adherence to Banks policies, ethics and code of conduct

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. To achieve set targets in terms of building assets and liabilities of the branch

2. To achieve set targets in terms of service standards for customers transactions

3. To adhere to telephone pickup

4. To understand customer requirements/needs and Cross Sell other Bank products

5. Telemarketing to prospects

Skills

Competency Level:

Education level required:

• Minimum High school for Nationals (preferably higher diploma) and University graduate for expatriates

Professional / Technical qualifications / Diplomas:

• Should have PC skills (word processing and spreadsheet)

• Should have good knowledge of RAKBank retail products and systems

Specialist Skills required for the Job:

• Should be able to speak fluent English, Arabic &/or other ethnic languages

• Good written & oral communication skills

• Required experience of selling UAE national loans
