Credit Analyst - UAE National

To assess risk of Credit proposals (Product Program lending) for all PB Credit Product Services and analyze/ underwrite within delegation of authority and service level agreement.

To assist Data Entry Clerks, CPV Representatives in providing the best services to Sales / Branches as per service level agreement

• To appraise service requests for PB Credit Lending products and process requests in a timely manner.
• Evaluate / Analyze Service requests in accordance with Credit Policy.
• To ensure designated activities of the Help desk unit are completed within the agreed SLA for each product.
• Maintain a zero error rate.
• No adverse remarks during internal audit and review and ensure no internal customer complaints are highlighted.

• Good understanding of PB assets’ business (risk perspective)
• Sound Credit analysis (Risk management)
• Arabic knowledge is desirable though not essential
• Ability to provide correct information to business regarding pending / under process deals
• Requires to constantly applying good analytical skills in assessing Credit proposals.
• Knowledge of local banking and commercial regulation
• Good standard of oral and written communication and PC skills
• Good negotiation and networking skills with internal customers
