Co-ordination & support to Contact Centre telesales team.
Accountabilities
• Carry out all administrative and coordination tasks within the FI and Transaction Banking unit, ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service, to both external and internal customers, and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures.
• Coordinates office management activities for the Head of FI and Transaction Banking unit
• Assist in obtaining weekly product prices and monthly factsheets and reporting on various products
• Assist in circulating of MIS as required
• Support the FI and Transaction Banking Sales Team – Printing statements, and maintain record of customer statements issued to RM’s / Customers in lieu of Information Services Form
• Act as a focal point for internal customer’s queries and liaise as a matter of urgency with appropriate departments of the Bank to resolve difficulties in order to ensure first class standard of service.
• Monitor and handle archiving for files for the FI and Transaction Banking unit
• Making schedules for faxes and courier
• Produce reports as and when required, with a high level of presentation skills using a variety of software such as Word, Excel & Power Point
• Ensure that all other jobs that are delegated be seen to their fruitful completion

Qualification
• Higher Diploma (UAE National)
• University Degree or Equivalent (Expat)
Experience
• Min 1 year in similar role
