Description
- To manage the team of Mortgage Advisors & Sr. Mortgage Advisors accruing mortgage loans, ensure delivery of quality service to the customers, project a professional image, and maintain operational controls and continuous improvement in operational efficiency with an aim to meet budgeted volumes for mortgage loans.
- To build, develop and maintain relationship with the ‘Management Team’ and ‘senior brokers’ of Real Estate Agencies in Dubai (With Existing tie-ups), to ensure sustainable and healthy pipelines of new prospective mortgage customers.
- Establishing new Real estate relationships on a quarterly basis
- Penetrate Developer Sourcing Module
- Provide leadership, coaching and support to the team members by setting objectives and targets, evaluating progress, managing performance, developing needs.
- Provide front-end credit checks for all the files generated to ensure that they meet the broad policy guidelines.
- Liaise with credit to obtain the approval of all loans and with Credit Operations for completion of documentation and disbursal.
- Produce, analyze and report management statistics, recommend and implement changes/improvements based on the findings of these statistics.
- To familiarize with Anti Money Laundering checks and procedures and implement the same
Skills
- Thorough knowledge of Mortgages – from sales, front end credits and process perspective.
- Ability to recognize good quality loan applications (front end credit checks) and to forward only relevant files for Credit Approval
- Initiative and drive to achieve set targets and service standards
- Leadership skills to lead and motivate a team of sales
- Team Leading skills
- Resolution of customer complaints if any
- Thorough knowledge of the Mortgage Product and the market conditions
- Knowledge of local legal system as applicable to Banking
- Anti-Money laundering guidelines and ability to source only legitimate business
- Awareness of Central Bank guidelines & regulations
